Reserving a Facility


To help facilitate an increase in facility reservations, the Department will be transitioning to set hours where a staff member will be available to assist potential renters with the reservation process.

If you interested in speaking with a staff member about reserving a facility, please call (925) 253-4205 during the Facility Rental Hours that are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If you call after 12:00 p.m. your phone call will be returned within 24 hours of the next business day. You may also send an email inquiry to Rentals@CityofOrinda.org.

The following are steps needed to reserve a facility:
  1. Please take a moment to review the policies and procedures provided in the Parks and Facility Rental Guide (PDF).
  2. Check availability in the Facility Information website. Once the page opens select Facility and search the desired complex.
  3. Complete/submit Facility Use Application (PDF) and pay the appropriate deposit.
  4. After a Rental Contract and Permit is issued, sign and submit it back to the Parks and Recreation Office.
Note: Reservations are confirmed after the application has been submitted, the deposit has been received and a reservation confirmation has been emailed to the rental contact.
