The City of Orinda is seeking applications from resident volunteers to serve on the City’s:

Traffic Safety Advisory Committee

(2 mid-term vacancies – 1 Term Expires 2/20, 1 Term Expires 2/21)

The seven-member Traffic Safety Advisory Committee meets on the third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Orinda City Hall – Community Room. The Committee is an advisory body to the City Council on matters relating to neighborhood and citywide traffic safety. This Committee is responsible for the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program.

Contra Costa Transportation Authority Citizen Advisory Committee

(Term Expiration 2/23)

The Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) CAC reviews transportation programs and plans throughout the County with the objective of advising and providing recommendations to the Authority’s Board of Directors. The individual selected for this position must be available to attend committee meetings on the 4th Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at the CCTA offices in Walnut Creek as the City of Orinda’s Representative.
